Katie Beal Brown is a fourth-generation West Texan, born and raised in Midland, TX. Growing up, some of her fondest memories were from the time spent with her grandparents out on their family’s ranch in Far West Texas near Fort Davis. Katie attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she met her future husband, Tyler Brown, a Houston native and seventh- generation Texan. Katie and Tyler Brown married in her hometown of Midland in 2013 and immediately moved to New York, NY where he had an opportunity in private equity real estate, and she continued to grow her career in advertising. With years of experience at industry- leading agencies, she set out on a new venture to build her own brand, Lone River Beverage Company, celebrating her roots in West Texas. Lone River Beverage company pioneered the tequila-style hard seltzer category with its introduction of Lone River Ranch Water. After less than a year of record sales, Lone River Beverage Company was purchased by Diageo, one of the world’s largest producers of spirits and beers including world class brands like Casamigos, Crown Royal, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Guinness and more. Lone River now leads the tequila-style seltzer category as the #1 Ranch Water in the U.S. Katie continues to lead the business on a day-to-day basis, as CEO of the brand and works closely with Diageo leadership to build further on Lone River’s success.

Sheryl started her career in brand marketing and product management in the CPG and technology industries and held executive positions at Epilady, Fred Hayman, Kensington, CMGI and more. Sheryl is on the boards of Carry117 and Bright Future Athletes Foundation both dedicated to lifting up at-risk women and children. She is a passionate “soccer mom” and lives in San Diego’s North County with her teenage son and dog.

Diaz and Power knew the contents of everything that went in and on their bodies—so why not wine? Their journey to answer this question began in April 2018, as they immersed themselves into the wine world, seeking to learn everything they could about the industry, from farming to winemaking to distribution and retail. Avaline officially launched in July 2020 with a white and a rosé, and has grown to include red and sparkling varieties. Avaline is currently available in retail locations in 47 states and direct-to-consumer in 13 states.

David has more than 25 years of general management, e-commerce, marketing, branding merchandising, product development, analytics and call center management experience. He was most recently General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Omaha Steaks International, a multi-channel retailer of premium single and multi-ingredient food. Prior to joining Omaha Steaks, Zucker was CMO for both Vitacost.com, a public online retailer of vitamin, nutritional supplements and shelf stable foods, and Gilt Groupe, an online flash sale retailer of high-end fashion for women, men, children and home products. He has also held progressively more senior roles at Dell Inc., the Home Shopping Network (HSN), Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Priceline.com. Concurrently to several of these roles David taught at Rutgers University and the University of South Florida courses on basic and advanced economic theory, pricing, environmental economics and statistics.
David holds a doctorate in environmental economics from the University of Rhode Island, and a master’s degree in applied economics and a bachelor’s degree in biology both from West Virginia University.

Liz Buchanan is the Managing Director of Customer Success and also leads Global Platform Transformation for NIQ. In these roles, she oversees NIQ’s customer-facing servicing teams as well as the roll-out of the NIQ self-serve analytics platform, Connect, to over 8,000 customers across 85 countries.
During her 15 years at Nielsen, Liz has held various leadership roles in customer success, sales, product development and technology deployment. She has worked extensively across the U.S. and global markets. She has specific expertise in data governance and stewardship, data management processes, technologies and analytics. She regularly consults with customers to help them achieve their transformation goals in this rapidly evolving space.
Liz currently serves as an Executive Sponsor for the NIQ Women in Nielsen (WIN) employee resource group. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago chapter of Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit organization focused on providing essentials to children facing clothing insecurity. She is also an active champion for civic causes, regularly dedicating her time advocating for diverse political representation through fundraising, organizing and policy work on local and national political campaigns. Prior to joining NIQ, Jamie led retail partnerships for Quotient Technology and was responsible for 20+ retailer partnerships covering both retail media, digital coupons and data management and developing new retailer partnerships across the grocery, dollar, drug, club, auto, and other retail verticals.
Earlier in his career, Jamie held a number of roles in merchandising, pricing strategy, strategic development and loyalty strategy in Australia and the U.S., with PwC, Coles Supermarkets, Coles Loyalty and Financial Services and Southeastern Grocers. Jamie’s vast experience in retail and as a senior merchant brings with it the ability to think like the retailer and understand their priorities.

Kristofer Ewing is the Chief Product Officer at NIQ. With more than 17 years of experience in the analytics and consumer packaged goods industries, Kris has held various senior leadership positions in both Nielsen and NIQ, including Vice President of Global Advanced Analytics, Global Account Lead for top manufacturers such as Kimberly Clark, Mondelez and Kraft Foods and most recently leading the commercial strategy for NIQ’s North America Business.

Tracey Massey currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NIQ. As COO, Tracey is responsible for all commercial and product aspects, including revenue, product development plans, business units’ strategies, and all market-facing aspects of NIQ.
Tracey is an accomplished global executive with over 30 years of experience and a successful track record in enhancing and expanding global businesses. Her philosophy of winning with clearly articulated strategies coupled with the infusion of trust and resources allows Tracey to empower people and nurture highly engaged teams.
Prior to joining NIQ, Tracey served as Global President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars Pet Nutrition, where she led the world’s largest pet food business, revamping its product portfolios for continuous growth. Prior to that role, she was Regional President Mars Confectionary Americas, where she successfully led her team through the integration of Mars Chocolate Americas with the Wrigley Co. Americas.
Tracey has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University in England, and is a published thought-leader and speaker on topics such as women’s success in STEM and embracing the power of diversity.

James ‘Jim’ Peck, currently serves as the Executive Chairman and CEO of NIQ. Jim, in partnership with Advent International, acquired the business from Nielsen in March 2021.
Previously, Jim served as the CEO of TransUnion. He joined TransUnion in 2012 when it was owned by Advent International and Goldman Sachs. As CEO, he led the company’s transformation into a market leader in innovation, driven by organic growth programs, tech re-platforming and strategic transactions. Prior to TransUnion, Jim oversaw growth at LexisNexis, spearheading the $4 billion acquisition and integration of ChoicePoint into LexisNexis and the acquisition of Seisint while serving as CEO of Risk Solutions from 2004 to 2012. Jim also served as SVP and Chief Product Officer of LexisNexis from 2001 to 2004.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors of CCC Information Services, an Advent portfolio company, Neoway, and Combate A Fraude. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. Additionally, Jim received a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight, issued by the CERT Division of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
