We are upgrading
To keep the data you rely on as secure as possible, we are upgrading the password system that allows you to access NielsenIQ platforms.
Our new cloud-based identity management system ensures that all data is protected and secure up to the highest standards and simplifies your experience across our platforms.
If you log in to NielsenIQ using Single Sign-On (SSO):
- No action is required. You will still be able to login via your SSO links or automatic sign-in.
- Note that you will no longer be able to log in directly with a username and password; you must use SSO.
If you log in to NielsenIQ using a username and password:
- You will receive a one-time email from firstname.lastname@example.org to activate your account
- You will be prompted to set up a new password and security question
Systems will undergo maintenance between Friday, October 8, 7:30 PM CST through Saturday, October 9, 4:00 AM CST. We recommend that you wait until Monday, 11 October to access NielsenIQ systems.
If you use Excel Add-in, Adhoc Web Excel Add-in, Excel Refreshable files, and/or managed file transfers, please use the instructions provided to you.
