Luciana leads NIQ’s efforts to positively impact every aspect of the employee experience.
She also takes accountability for ensuring that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles are embedded within our global teams, products, and decision-making. Overall, her goal is to help every NIQ employee feel a deep, rewarding sense of belonging at our company.
Luciana started her career at NielsenIQ in 2001. The first half of her tenure was spent in client-facing roles across multiple business units. In 2015, Luciana transitioned to Human Resources, where she led HR functions at the market and regional level in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. She has supported a wide variety of NIQ businesses, including BASES and Global FMCG Clients.
In 2020, she was supporting China HR and was instrumental in NIQ’s COVID response in the region and around the world. She was also key in defining and executing the company’s Future of Workplace model in response to the pandemic.
Luciana is based in São Paulo, Brazil. She holds a degree in Business and executive certifications in Executive Management and Digital Transformation.
